The Invoice Generator PRO module manages the generation of invoices depending on the conditions chosen in the module configuration. You can limit the creation of invoices to certain groups of clients, by client request, by type of client (professional or consumer), and more options.

You have the option of showing a drop-down menu in the address form so that the customer can choose whether or not they need an invoice for the address selected in the order.

What is Invoice Generator PRO module?

The Invoice Generator PRO module is a module specially designed to manage the creation of invoices for certain clients who meet the conditions configured in the module and by type of client. In this way, you can control that invoices are only generated for the clients you want.

It also has an option to display a drop-down menu in the address form so that the client can choose whether or not they need an invoice for the order they want to place.

Another of the highlighted options is the possibility of being able to modify the numbering and date of the invoice, once it has been generated.

This module is very useful for stores that sell to both individuals (B2C) and companies (B2B) and thus control or restrict the issuance of invoices only to clients who request it.

GENERATION OF INVOICES BY COUNTRY

You can choose the countries for which to generate invoices. The country selected in the billing address is taken into account.

DROP DOWN OPTION TO REQUEST INVOICE

The module has the option to display a drop-down menu in the address form so that the customer can indicate whether or not they need an invoice for the order they place with that selected address.

CREATING INVOICES BY CLIENT GROUPS

Select the customer group to generate invoices only to customers who belong to the selected groups.

CREATING INVOICES FOR COMPANY CLIENTS

Option to create invoices only for customers who have entered a validated ID/NIF/CIF number or also a VAT number.

CHOOSE THE ORDER STATUS TO GENERATE INVOICES

Option to choose the order status for the system to generate an invoice.

MODIFICATION OF INVOICE DATA

Once the invoice has been generated, the invoice number and date can be modified from the order details.

INTEGRATION WITH DNI/NIE/NIF/CIF VERIFICATOR MODULE

This module is 100% integrated for use with our DNI/NIE/NIF/CIF Verificator module. With the integration, the system will only create invoices for customers who have entered a DNI number validated by the module.

INTEGRATION WITH ADVANCED VAT MANAGER MODULES

This module is 100% integrated for use with our Advanced VAT Manager module. With the integration, the system will only create invoices to customers who have entered a VAT number validated by the module in intra-community operations.

INTEGRATION WITH PRESTEAMSHOP CUSTOMER TYPE OPC ADDON

This module is 100% integrated for use with the Customer Type OPC addon for the PresteamShop One Page Checkout PS module. It generates an invoice only for customers who have selected the chosen customer type in the module configuration. This way, you can generate invoices by customer type.

INTEGRATION WITH PRESTEAMSHOP ONE PAGE CHECKOUT MODULE

This module is 100% integrated for use with the One ​​Page Checkout module from PresteamShop.
